You were
bought at
a price

Fear, shame, comparison, the person you used to be. Every one of them carried a cost, and every one of them has already been settled. Not by anything you managed on your own.

Soul'd Out is not a slogan for the day. It is the receipt.

You are not your own; you were bought at a price.

1 Corinthians 6:19–20

What
Soul'd Out
means

To be sold out is to hold nothing back. Not half in, not hedging, not keeping a portion of yourself in reserve in case God does not come through.

The old life is not on sale. It is gone, and there is nothing to go back to. What is left is a life that belongs to Christ and looks like joy, freedom and colour, which is exactly what we are bringing on the day.

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.

Galatians 2:20

Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God.

Romans 12:1

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.

Galatians 5:1

Three ways
to show up

Pick whichever fits. You can do more than one, and the same form covers all three.

Everyone

Come and bring someone

Tell us you are coming and who is coming with you, so there is a seat and a plate waiting.

  • Your name and community
  • How many people you are bringing
  • Whether any of them are visiting for the first time
  • Ages of any children, so the Kidz team can plan

Get on the programme

Sing, dance, write, play, speak. If you have something to bring, there is a slot for it.

  • What you do and how long you need
  • Solo, or with your community
  • Anything you need from the media team
  • Whether you can make the rehearsal

Help make it happen

The food and the setting up are what the day stands on. If you can put something toward either, we would be glad of it.

  • Cash toward the day
  • Food items or drinks
  • Anything else you would like to offer
  • When you can get it to the team

How the
day runs

Doors at eight, home by four. Worship, the word, trivia, a debate, a proper meal, and communities going head to head all day.

Pick a side

Every activity is scored by community, so know who you are shouting for. As for what you wear, that part is wide open. Bold, colourful, and as expressive as you like. This is a day to be seen.

The idea, roughly. Take it wherever you like.

Fill this in

Takes about two minutes. One form covers registering, signing up to perform, and contributing.

So we can reach you before the day.

Who you're bringing

Bring a friend. That's the whole idea.

Got something to bring?

Sing, dance, write, play, speak. There's a slot for it.

Want to help make it happen?

you come

Bringing children

Tell us their ages on the form. There is plenty to keep them busy all day, and the Kidz Church team runs their own programme before closing the day with a showcase.

Your first time here

Say so when you sign in. Someone will find you, walk you through the day, and make sure you are not standing anywhere on your own.

What to wear

Bold and colourful. No uniform, no rules beyond that. Wear the thing you never get to wear. This is a day to express yourself, so come dressed like it.

Food

Plenty of it. Jollof, kenkey, herb butter rice, grilled fish and chicken, then desserts. Served outside from 11:30 to 1:00. Come hungry.
